First cut-off date: 30 days from publication of advertisement in Employment News
Second cut-off date: 30th September 2022
Third cut-off date: 28th February 2023
The rolling advertisement will be limited to seats which remain unfilled in the previous recruitment cycle; eligibility will be determined with respect to cut off dates for respective rolling cycle. Except for first cycle of
notification, further notifications would be published only on website of AIIMS, Bhopal.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Advertisement and online application are hosted at www.aiimsbhopal.edu.in
Applications are invited from Indian Nationals and OCI in the prescribed form only through ONLINE mode. The online registration of application is made available on AIIMS Bhopal official website i.e. www.aiimsbhopal.edu.in
The on-line filling up of application form shall commence from the date of publication in Employment News and last date shall be 30 days from the date of publication in Employment
News.
Candidates must fill in the online application form as per the procedure given in this Notice and take a printout of the same.
Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should apply separately online for each post and pay the application fee for each post.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE ONLINE APPLICATION:
1. For filling up of Online application, candidates must have the following prerequisites ready:
Valid e-mail ID & Mobile number.
Scanned Passport size photograph of the candidate (in JPG format).
Scanned signature of the candidate (in JPG format).
Online payment detail of the required application fee.
APPLICATION FEE:
The application fee for General/OBC category Rs. 2,000/-.
For SC/ST & PwD category Rs. 500/-
Fees shall be paid on-line at the time of submission of application form. The application fee is required to be remitted online only. Any other mode of payment is not acceptable.
Please make sure that the Transaction number; amount is captured in your application form after submitting online fees.
Please make sure to get the confirmation of the successful payment by your bank and retain the proof of the same which may be required at the time of interview.
Fee once remitted will not be refunded.
