INDIAN ARMY RECRUITMENT RALLY NOTIFICATION
FOR SOLDIER TECHNICAL NURSING ASSISTANT/ NURSING ASSISTANT VETERINARY
# Army Recruitment Rally for Soldier Tech NA/ NA Vet will be held at Solmara/ Missamari, Assam from 19 Jan – 26 Jan 2023. The exact location of the rally will be confirmed through admit cards which will be sent through the registered email of the candidates between 01 Dec 2022 to 15 Dec 2022. Candidates shall reach the venue on the given date and time as mentioned in Admit Card.

· 10+2/Intermediate pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.

# Candidates are required to bring following documents/ certificates in original with two attested photocopies to the rally site:-
(a) Admit Card. Three copies of Admit Card printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
(b) Photograph. Twenty (20) copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper with white background not more than three months old. Computerised/ photocopied/ photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted. Photographs must be with proper hair cut and clean shave (except Sikh Candidates).
(c) Education Certificates.
(i) Education Certificate with marks sheet of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e Matric/ Intermediate etc from recognised School/ College/ Board/ University.
(ii) Provisional/ online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board/ University.
(iii) Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO/DEO.
(iv) List of Education Board recognised by State Governments/ UT administrations, attached as Appendix ‘A’, will only be accepted.
(d) Domicile Certificate. Domicile Certificate with candidate’s photograph issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.
(e) Caste Certificate. Caste Certificate affixed with candidate’s photograph issued by the Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.
(f) Religion Certificate. Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/ SDM (if religion as “SIKH/ HINDU/ MUSLIM/ CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
(g) School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the School/ College Principal/ Headmaster where the candidates last studied.
(h) Character Certificate. Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months from the date of despatch.
(i) Relationship Certificate.
SOS/SOEX/SOW/SOWW Candidates are required to produce the following documents:- (i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office duly signed by Record Officer with Personal Number, Rank, Name and particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/ stamp duly endorsed. Relationship certificate should bear watermark of the concerned Records Office.
(ii) A declaration to the effect as mentioned in Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1st Class/ Executive/ Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit is attached as per Appendix ‘B’.
(iii) Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must be recorded in it.
(j) NCC Certificate. NCC A/B/C Certificate and Republic Day Parade certificate bearing photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.
(k) No bonus marks will be allotted unless the certificate (Relationship/ Sports/ NCC) have been verified. An undertaking to the effect will be obtained from the candidate. Provisional certificates are acceptable only during the notified rally duration neither earlier nor later.
(l) Sports Certificate.
(i) Sportsmen who have represented India at international level and State at National level within the last two years (for list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible. Attention is invited to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in website.
(ii) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at District level within last two years (Sports Certificate should be with registration number and from government recognised sports institutes/ bodies).
(iii) List of Sports. List of Sports for enrolment is attached at Appendix ‘C’. 5
(m) Affidavit. Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate at the Rally Site without fail. Format of affidavit attached as per Appendix ‘D’. Submission of Affidavit is Mandatory to gain entry into the Rally. Candidates WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to enter the rally site without affidavit.
(n) Certificate of Bonus Marks. All original certificates/ photocopies duly attested pertaining to Bonus marks will be accepted only during the Rally. No certificates to include NCC Certificates, Sports Certificate, Relationship Certificate or any other certificates to claim Bonus Marks/ Relaxation would be accepted after termination of the Rally.
(o) Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme. All successful candidates will be required to produce documents regarding possession of all three.
(p) Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried Certificate for all candidates to be obtained with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months at the time of dispatch.
(q) Police Character Certificate. Verification with respect to character of the candidate will be verified from Superintendant of Police of the concerned district. In case of any objectionable remark, candidature of the candidate will be cancelled.
(r) Residence Proof. The candidate will submit a residence certificate duly signed by the Sarpanch / Nagar Sewak of the place of residence of the candidate during the recruitment rally.
BONUS MARKS IN CEE.
(a) SOS/SOEX/SOWW/SOW, Adoption done during lifetime of a soldier (one son only) - 20 Marks
(b) Sportsmen
(aa) Represented India at the International level - 20 Marks
(ab) Represented State at the Senior/Junior National level and have won any medal in individual event or have reached upto eighth posn in Team event - 15 Marks
(ac) Represented College / University in Inter University Championship and have won any medal in individual event or have reached up to sixth posn in the Team event - 10 Marks
(ad) Represented State at National Level in Khelo India Games and have won any medal in individual event or have reached upto sixth posn in the team event - 10 Marks
(ae) Represented Dist at the State Level and have won any medal in individual event or have reached upto fourth posn in the Team event - 05 Marks
(af) Represented the State school team in the events org by All India School Games Federation and have won any medal in individual event or upto sixth posn in the Team event - 05 Marks
(c) NCC ‘A’ Cert - 05 Marks
(d) NCC ‘B’ Cert - 10 Marks
(e) NCC ‘C’ Cert - 15 Marks
(f) NCC ‘C’ Cert and participated in Republic Day Parade Exempted from CEE
(g) Maximum bonus marks that can be given is 20 Marks even if a candidate qualifies for more than one type of bonus marks
Note :-
(i) The above marks are fixed depending upon the eligibility of a candidate and has no relation to his performance in Common Entrance Examination (CEE).
(ii) Only one type of Bonus Marks (Max of the permissible) will be added to the total.
(iii) Bonus marks will be accorded on qualifying in the written examination.
(iv) Only one ward (daughter/son) of Service/Ex-Servicemen/War Widow/Widow of Ex-servicemen can avail bonus marks in written examination.
(v) Original Certificates to be carried by all above categories at rally site.
(vi) Sports Certificate are valid for two years from the issue date as on first day of the recruitment rally for which the candidate is being screened.
