WALK-IN INTERVIEW NOTICE 2023-24

For Engagement of Teachers on Contract Basis

A walk-in interview will be conducted tentatively on 15, 16, 17 & 20 March 2023 to prepare a panel of Part Time Contractual Teachers for the session 2023-24 for the subjects detailed below:

1. Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) - English, Hindi, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Commerce. Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent in the concerned Subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. Remuneration: Rs.32500/- per month on pro-rata basis.


2. Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT):


a. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. Subject-wise details are given as under:


(i) TGT (Sanskrit, English, and Hindi): Having respective subjects in all the three years of Degree Course.


(ii) TGT (Social Science): Having any two of the following: History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either History or Geography.


(iii) TGT (Maths) - Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science and Statistics.


(iv) TGT (Biology) - Bachelor’s Degree in Botany, Zoology and Chemistry.


b. Pass in the CTET-II conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.


c. Remuneration: Rs.31250/- per month on pro-rata basis.


3. Primary Teachers (PRT): Qualification: Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent & Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET-I conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose or JBT / B.El.Ed / D.El.Ed. Competence to teach through Hindi & English media. Remuneration: Rs.26250/- per month on pro-rata basis.


4. PRT (Music): Qualification: Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent


And Bachelor’s Degree in Music or equivalent from a recognized University. Remuneration: Rs.26250/- per month on pro-rata basis.

5. Relaxation: Where suitable CTET or B.Ed or B.El.Ed or D.El.Ed candidates are not available for PGTs, TGTs and PRTs, such may be relaxed as per EXTANT RULES OF KVS.


6. Computer Instructor (To teach class III to X including CBSE Board subjects in class IX & X): Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (computer science) or Post Graduate Degree in any subject with Post Graduate diploma in computer application from Govt. recognized institution or equivalent qualification. Preference will be given to those who have training & experience in hardware. Remuneration: Rs. 31250/- per month.


7. Taekwondo Instructor/Coach: B.P. Ed./Senior National Certificate holder/Coaching diploma or Equivalent and


Experience in the respective field. Remuneration: Rs. 26250/- per month on pro-rata basis

8. Counsellor: BA/B.Sc in Psychology and one year Diploma in Counselling. Desirable – Minimum one year experience in providing career/educational counselling to students at schools or experience/ knowledge of working in placement bureaus or registration with rehabilitation council of India as vocational counsellor.

Remuneration: Rs. 31250/- per month


9. Yoga Teacher – Bachelor’s Degree with one year training in Yoga from recognized university. Remuneration: Rs. 26250/-


10. Nurse: Qualification – ANM/GNM/Diploma/Degree in Nursing; Remuneration – Rs. 750/- per working day.


11. Special Educator:


Qualification:

1. XIIth passed and two year D.Ed. Special Education in any of the category of disability.

OR

2. XIIth passed and one year Diploma in Special Education (DSE) in any of the category of disability.

OR

3. Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR) with 6 months Certification course in Education of Children with Special Needs.

OR

4. Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR) with 6 months certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.

OR

5. Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MRW) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.

OR

6. Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf.

OR

7. Primary level Teacher Training course in Visual Impairment.

OR

8. Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation- Mental Retardation (DVR-MR) / Diploma in Vocational Training and Employment – Mental Retardation (DVTE-MR) with 6 months Certificate in Education of Children with Special Needs.

OR

9. Diploma in Dearing Language and Speech (DHLS) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.

OR

10. XII passed with any RCI recognized qualification of minimum one year duration and 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.

OR

Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI

Remuneration: Rs. 26250/-


12. Desirable for All Posts: Knowledge of Computer Applications and proficiency to teach in English and Hindi.


13. Registration for Walk-in Interview: Only Online Registration will be accepted.


14. Last Date for Online Registration is 04 March 2023 up to 12:00 hrs. NO ENCLOSURE / HARD COPY like certificates, mark sheets etc. is required to be submitted at the time of registration. Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to produce their supporting documents on the day of interview. Candidates will be debarred from appearing interview or joining service if the documents are not produced or submitted or if the information provided is/are found wrong. Unregistered candidates will not be allowed to appear in the interview.


15. Mode of Interview: It will be Personal Interview but written test may also be conducted if the number of eligible candidates for a particular post is very large in which case only those selected on the basis of written test will be called for interview. List of Shortlisted Candidates will be notified on 10 March 2023 after 5:00 pm. Post-wise dates of interview will be notified along with the Shortlisted Candidates. Results will be declared on the day of interview after 6:00 pm. The selected candidates will be required to join duty by 01 April 2023.


16. The posts are purely part time contractual and can be terminated as and when the post is filled by regular incumbent or if service is not satisfactory or when the service is no more required or without giving any reason.
